Job Description As a Product Support Engineer - L2 at Signzy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the system by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. This role involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality support, ensuring compliance and security in financial transactions. Required API understanding Knows how to work with APIs, Post API, Get API make API curls when required Able to handle client issues and document them in fast paced setup Knows how to use Postman properly Understand client issues and communicate well with them. Understanding of SRE and Cloud technologies.
