MeritFox India - Senior Yardi Product Manager - Investment Accounting Domain

Work Location : BangaloreWorking Hours : 2:30 PM - 11:30 PMIn Office : (5 Days in Office)Role & Responsibilities :- Shape and maintain the overall direction, multi- year roadmap, and prioritized backlog for Yardi functionality and integrations, making sure they directly support the firms Investment Accounting and/or Multifamily business goals.- Bring together regional business, operations, finance, and technology teams to agree on which Yardi initiatives matter most, what outcomes they should deliver, and in what sequence they should be rolled out across the global operating model.- Convert stakeholder needs into well-structured requirements, user stories, testable acceptance criteria, and realistic delivery plans covering both Yardi modules and the surrounding application landscape.- Own the full delivery lifecycle for Yardi changes, from initial discovery and solution design through testing, go- live preparation, and business change activities to ensure successful adoption.- Set up and manage Yardi security, workflows, charts of accounts, banking and GL configurations, and multi- entity structures in a way that satisfies internal control standards and audit expectations.- Define and oversee integration patterns between Yardi and downstream systems using secure file transfers, ETL processes, and APIs, including maintaining mapping logic, data lineage documentation, and reconciliation controls.- Develop and improve reporting using Yardis native reporting tools and SQL based data extracts, establishing KPIs, enforcing consistent metric definitions, and driving higher data accuracy.- Manage environments and releases for Yardi, including patches and upgrades, organizing regression testing, coordinating with the vendor, handling incidents, and monitoring SLAs.- Use AI techniques and data-driven analytics to decide what to build next, streamline workflows, uplift data quality, and deliver meaningful insights to business stakeholders.Preferred candidate profile :- At least 7 years of direct, hands-on Yardi experience (Voyager and/or Investment Accounting) in a live production environment, covering configuration, module setup, user/security administration, and reporting activities.- A minimum of 12 years of overall experience delivering enterprise technology solutions in product management, solution/business analysis, or a closely related role, operating at senior or VP-level scope.- Strong domain depth in Investment Accounting and/or Multifamily on Yardi, including concepts such as funds and vehicles, capital activity, waterfalls and consolidations, and where relevant the full leasing and resident lifecycle.- Proven track record of owning at least one significant Yardi initiative end-to-end such as a greenfield implementation, major version upgrade, or multi- module optimization from requirements gathering through post go- live stabilization.- High proficiency with Yardi reporting (YSR) and custom data extracts, backed by strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliations, and analytical reporting.
