UAT Test Lead

Job Title: UAT Tester – End-to-End Reconciliation (Financial Systems) Location: Remote(PAN INDIA) Duration: 12 Months Contract Job Overview We are seeking an experienced UAT Tester with strong expertise in end-to-end reconciliation processes across financial systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience validating data integrity and transaction flows across platforms such as Prime, Flex, and other core financial systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data through robust UAT practices. Key Responsibilities Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for end-to-end reconciliation processes across multiple financial systems (Prime, Flex, and related platforms). Validate data flow, transaction accuracy, and reconciliation outputs across upstream and downstream systems. Design, review, and execute comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios aligned with business requirements. Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development and business teams for resolution. Conduct reconciliation testing including breaks analysis, exception handling, and root cause validation. Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data across systems during testing cycles. Work closely with stakeholders including business users, operations teams, and IT teams to ensure successful UAT sign-off. Support test planning, test data preparation, and environment coordination. Provide clear documentation and reporting on test progress, defects, and risks. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in UAT testing within banking or financial services domain .
