AI Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary & Responsibilities :About the Role :We are seeking a smart, analytically strong Full Stack Developer (5+ years exp.) to drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI-powered features- including sophisticated AI Agents. This hands-on role blends advanced Python (backend) and JavaScript/TypeScript, React / Next.js (frontend) development with deep understanding of GenAI, LLMs, embeddings, chunking, and vector databases.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered features, including intelligent agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.- Build and maintain robust Python-based backend services/APIs for scalable AI and microservices integration.- Develop highly interactive, responsive JavaScript/TypeScript, React / Next.js frontends tightly integrated with REST APIs.- Expertise in leveraging large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI to automate complex workflows.- Expertise in Agentic AI development using latest AI technologies and a deep understanding of agentic workflows.- Implement LLM-based features : automated test generation, ambiguity detection, test orchestration, prompt engineering, embeddings, chunking, and contextual retrieval (using vector databases such as PG Vector, Pinecone, or Weaviate).- Ensure code quality, performance optimization (token usage, caching), and system observability across CI/CD pipelines and cloud/on-prem environments.- Collaborate with Product Managers, AI/ML engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous learning.Required Skills & Experience :- 5+ years in software development of scalable, enterprise-level products (Python backend, ReactJS frontend).- 2+ years hands-on building AI-powered apps, with strong grasp of GenAI, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure, etc.), embeddings, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.).- Proven backend experience with FastAPI/Flask and PostgreSQL (including efficient SQL and use of vector extensions like PG Vector).- Strong in modern frontend development : ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript.- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with microservices.- Solid understanding of Docker, Git, Linux CLI, and DevOps practices.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Nice to Have :- Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Appium) and CI/CD integrations (GitLab, Jenkins).- Familiarity with authentication protocols (JWT, MSAL, OAuth2) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Familiarity with with MCP servers- Exposure to cloud AI/ML services and vector DBs (PG Vector, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).- Knowledge of token optimization, performance tuning and guardrails.Soft Skills :- High sense of ownership, innovation, and proactiveness in problem-solving.- Collaborative team player with strong mentoring, learning, and communication abilities.- Passion for building scalable, smart, and AI-driven developer tools.
