Content Partner Acquisition Specialist Location: India | Remote | Part-Time Platonix is hiring a Content Partner Acquisition Specialist to help build a trusted network of spiritual teachers, conscious creators, and transformational educators. This role will support partner sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and activation across India. About Platonix Platonix is an AI-powered ecosystem for conscious living that helps creators build transformational communities through live interaction, personalized journeys, and intentional engagement. The platform is designed to support Soul–Mind–Body integration through expert-led content, live experiences, and recurring community participation. Who is a Content Partner at Platonix? A Content Partner is a trusted spiritual teacher, conscious creator, practitioner, or transformational educator who collaborates with Platonix to deliver live sessions, guided journeys, recurring events, and expert-led content. CPs are long-term ecosystem partners, not just content uploaders. Role Summary You will support Content Partner acquisition in India end-to-end: identify potential partners, help build the pipeline, assist in partner conversations, and support onboarding and activation. The focus is on quality partnerships, meaningful engagement, and helping partners go live successfully. What You’ll Do
Build and manage a pipeline of aligned Content Partners across categories such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, Vedanta, parenting, and mental wellbeing.
Support outreach, discovery calls, partner evaluation, and follow-ups.
Help position Platonix as a premium ecosystem for conscious creators, not just a content platform.
Support onboarding and launch-to-first-event activation.
Track partner quality, repeat event cadence, and funnel performance. What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, or community-led work, or a fresher with strong sales/marketing exposure.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with pipelines, outreach, and cross-functional teams.
Interest in wellness, spirituality, education, or creator ecosystems. Compensation
Fixed + variable linked to signed CPs, activation milestones, repeat-event performance, and conversion outcomes.
