Our learning experiences encourage observation, inquiry, critical thinking, reasoning, logic, creativity, and problem-solving.About the RoleWe are looking for a Science / Mathematics Facilitator who can design and facilitate engaging, concept-driven learning experiences for school-age learners.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.The role involves facilitating inquiry-based sessions, guiding hands-on experiments, conducting learning activities, and helping learners develop strong observation, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.The facilitator will work closely with the Seed2Sapling team and partner schools to deliver learning experiences aligned with our 3H philosophy.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and facilitate engaging Science and Mathematics sessions.Conduct hands-on experiments, activities, games, and discovery-based learning experiences.Explain concepts clearly using real-life examples and practical experiences.Encourage learners to observe, question, hypothesise, reason, and discover.Manage groups and create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.Prepare learning materials, activity kits, and other teaching aids.Assess learner understanding through observation and formative feedback.Collaborate with the Seed2Sapling team and partner schools.Participate in internal training, curriculum discussions, and development of learning resources.Continuously improve sessions based on learner responses and feedback.What We Are Looking ForStrong foundation in Science and/or Mathematics.Ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately.Interest in inquiry-based, experiential, and hands-on learning.Ability to encourage observation, critical thinking, logical reasoning, creativity, and problem-solving.Good classroom facilitation and group-management skills.Learner-centred and inclusive approach.Clear and confident communication skills in English.Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.Teaching certification or prior teaching/facilitation experience is preferred.Comfortable working with children and adolescents.Willingness to learn, participate in training, collaborate with the team, and adapt to different learner needs.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: 30,000 50,000+ per month, depending on experience and suitability for the role.No TDS deduction.3-month probation period.Alternate Saturdays off.Every Sunday is a fixed weekly off.Full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru.Important Apply Through the FormIf you are interested in this role, filling out the application form is the most important step in the selection process.Please take a few minutes to complete the form carefully and provide accurate information.Application Form:
