Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Film Marketing team. You will be responsible for designing original marketing creatives and adapting key film assets across multiple digital and print formats.

Working closely with the Marketing, Social Media, Publicity, and Creative teams, you will help bring film campaigns to life through compelling, platform-first visual design.

What You'll Do

Creative & Campaign Design

• Design original static and video creatives for film marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, ideations, illustrations, logos, and other visual designs.
• Translate campaign ideas into compelling and impactful visual communication.
• Create platform-first designs tailored to different digital and social media formats.
• Adapt key art, posters, and campaign assets into multiple formats while maintaining visual consistency.

Marketing Collateral & Branding

• Create marketing collateral including premiere invites, event branding, presentations, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Develop visual assets for film campaigns, events, publicity initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Maintain consistency across campaign assets and ensure alignment with the overall visual identity.
• Ensure all artwork is delivered with high quality, accuracy, and within defined timelines.

Collaboration & Creative Execution

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, Publicity, and Creative teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Work with internal stakeholders to transform campaign concepts into impactful visual designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining creative quality and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, platform best practices, and AI-powered creative tools.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably within entertainment, advertising, or digital agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing original creative work and successful campaign executions.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create original designs as well as adapt existing campaign assets across multiple formats.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for films, entertainment, and social media culture.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in film, entertainment, advertising, or digital agencies.
• Experience creating marketing creatives for social media and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with emerging design trends and platform-specific creative best practices.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools in design workflows.
• Experience working on large-scale entertainment or film marketing campaigns.
