Description : Job Summary : We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Team Lead specializing in NodeJS to become a valuable addition to our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in MySQL / PostgreSQL , along with a proven track record in architecture and troubleshooting.Roles & Responsibilities : - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MySQL / PostgreSQL.- React.js Expertise : Possess a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles.- Code Versioning : Be proficient with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.- Demonstrate a strong command of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.- Collaborate with Project Management to assess new functionality requests and support the Sales team in scoping new projects.- Monitor and enhance the performance of systems.- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve complex issues.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.- Foster a collaborative work environment and be an effective team player.- Actively participate in the design and development of new systems.- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in MySQL / PostgreSQL and NodeJS / React JS.Skills & Requirements : - Strong expertise in MySQL / PostgreSQL and NodeJS / React JS.- React.js Workflows : Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux.- Required depth knowledge of React.js and Nodejs and also its modern features.- Restful APIs : Familiarity with Restful APIs is a valuable asset.- Proven experience in architecture and troubleshooting.- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.- Familiarity with Linux and command line interface.- Version Control : Proficient in version control systems like GIT.- Must have a minimum of 2-year experience as a Team Lead.- Vibe coding / live coding skills are required.- Good English communication skills are (ref:hirist.tech)
