About the job
As a Business Development Associate, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: Actively contributing to sales targets by engaging potential users and converting leads via cold calling and online meetings.2. Direct Candidate Engagement: Interacting directly with jobseekers through calls and messages to understand their unique profiles, career aspirations, and job preferences.
3. Platform Guidance: Guiding candidates comprehensively through the features and benefits of our AI-powered interview platform.
4. Job Matching: Assisting in matching jobseekers to relevant and suitable job openings that align with their skills and goals.
5. End-to-End Support: Providing continuous, high-quality support to candidates throughout their entire hiring journey, from initial contact to successful placement.
6. Customer Feedback and Retention: Gathering valuable customer feedback to inform product improvements and implementing strategies for long-term customer retention.
