About the job
Key Responsibilities:
A. Campaign Execution:1. Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
2. Coordinate with internal teams for webinars, workshops, and promotional campaigns
3. Manage campaign timelines and ensure consistent execution B. Lead Generation & Funnel Support:
1. Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads
2. Track campaign performance and optimize for lead quality and conversions
3. Support creation of landing pages, forms, and registration flows C. Email & Database Marketing:
1. Execute email campaigns (drip campaigns, promotions, newsletters)
2. Maintain and segment the lead database
3. Improve open rates, CTR, and conversions D. Content & Communication Support:
1. Coordinate with design/content teams for LinkedIn posts, campaign creatives, and email content
2. Ensure messaging aligns with the target audience (IT professionals)E. Performance Tracking:
1. Track key metrics, leads generated, cost per lead, and conversion rates
2. Share weekly performance reports
3. Suggest improvements based on campaign data
