Location: Remote/Hybrid(Delhi, India)
Engagement: Part-time
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month (based on experience & performance)

We're building India's first tech-enabled, AI-powered AYUSH ecosystem — offering certified doctor consultations, an authentic product marketplace, therapy access, and community-driven content.

???? Key Responsibilities- Strategize and execute performance-driven digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) to boost app traffic, consultations, and product engagement.
- Drive organic social growth with high-impact content, reels, storytelling, and funnel strategies.
- Ideate and implement full-funnel growth strategies — lead magnets, retargeting flows, WhatsApp flows, etc.
- Manage SEO/ASO/SEM strategies to increase discoverability and engagement.
- Craft copy and visuals that convert — from ad creatives to landing pages.
- Track KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV) and optimize campaigns for better revenue traction.
- Work closely with founders to prioritize high-ROI marketing actions aligned with product goals.
- Lead influencer outreach and community-based strategies to strengthen trust in our platform.
- Contribute actively to sales-enablement , storytelling, and campaign communication.
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Has worked in/with AYUSH, HealthTech, or wellness startups (e.g., Jiva Ayurveda, Karma Ayurveda, MyUpchaar, etc.) — strongly preferred .
- Strong understanding of funnels, ads, content-led growth, and monetization strategies .
- Excellent with copywriting (you know how to sell with words).
- Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, social media tools, WhatsApp flows , etc.
- Solid grasp of business objectives — can think like a founder and act like a growth hacker.
- Experience working with early-stage/startup teams and able to work independently.
- Sales mindset and good communication skills — ability to talk to users, doctors, partners.
- Startup enthusiast, outcome-driven, and eager to create real-world impact in holistic health.
- Work closely with the founder team and shape the next-gen AYUSH platform.
- Contribute meaningfully to a socially impactful mission .
- Certificate + LOR based on performance.
- Potential long-term role in the core team.
- Freedom to experiment, learn, and lead in a real startup environment.
