HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (MBA/MHRM/PGDM in Human Resources Preferred)
Experience: 2–3 Years in HR Generalist role, preferably in Manufacturing Industry
Salary: 3 -3.5 Lacs

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer letter preparation, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HRMS, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare payroll inputs for payroll processing.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, labour laws, and maintain compliance records.
Address employee queries, assist in grievance handling, and support employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate training programs, probation reviews, and performance appraisal processes.
Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, attendance reports, and headcount reports.
Ensure timely and accurate HR documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth HR operations.
