About the job

Key Responsibilities :

1. Understand clients' businesses, offerings, target audiences, and sales processes to translate requirements into effective workflows.
2. Create, test, and optimise prompts, AI agents, and chatbots using Claude and other AI tools.
3. Build and improve conversation flows, follow-up sequences, and AI-assisted content based on client requirements.
4. Identify and troubleshoot issues with AI outputs, prompts, chatbots, sequences, and workflows.
5. Manage CRM operations, including lead tracking, follow-ups, client information, and sales workflows.
6. Conduct client support calls and one-on-one interactions, understand their concerns, and provide practical solutions.
7. Use client feedback and workflow performance to continuously optimise messaging, sequences, AI outputs, and processes.
8. Document and develop repeatable SOPs and AI-enabled processes wherever relevant.
