- Business QC: Deliver high-quality, requirement-based QC ensuring business expectations are consistently met.
- Vernacular Script Translation: Ensure accurate and timely translation of scripts across multiple vernacular languages to support project delivery and quality.
- Speech Analytics QC: Ensure Quality of delivery and Improve speech analytics accuracy per the business requirement.
- UAT & Flow based testing: Strengthen Testing Quality Through Robust Test Case Creation
- AI Training: Enhance BOT call performance through targeted AI training and continuous learning
Requirements
Requirements
Qualification: Computer Science or related field.
Language Skills: English and Assamese (Hindi knowledge would be an added advantage).
Good communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and contribute to ongoing projects.
