About the Role -
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Google Ads & SEO Specialist to help us generate qualified B2B leads through Google.
Our primary objective is simple:
Generate more relevant enquiries and business leads from companies actively searching for corporate gifting solutions.
This is not a role focused on impressions, traffic, or vanity metrics. We are looking for someone who understands search intent, lead generation, conversion optimisation and ROI .
Responsibilities -
- Audit our existing Google Ads account and identify what is and isn't working
- Analyse campaigns, keywords, search terms, bidding, budgets and conversion data
- Restructure campaigns and ad groups where required
- Identify high-intent keywords that can generate qualified B2B leads
- Build and continuously improve negative keyword lists
- Write and test high-converting search ads
- Optimise bidding, budgets and geographic targeting
- Improve Quality Score and overall campaign efficiency
- Review search terms regularly and eliminate irrelevant spend
- Improve cost per qualified lead, not just cost per click
- Ensure conversion tracking through GA4 / Google Tag Manager is configured correctly
- Audit our website's current SEO performance
- Conduct commercial and high-intent keyword research
- Identify opportunities to rank for searches related to corporate gifting
- Recommend and implement on-page SEO improvements
- Improve landing pages based on search intent
- Develop an SEO content and keyword strategy
- Work on technical SEO issues where required
- Track rankings, organic enquiries and lead growth
- Analyse landing pages and identify why visitors may not be converting
- Recommend improvements to messaging, calls-to-action, forms and page structure
- Connect Google Ads, SEO and landing-page strategy around the same objective: qualified lead generation
We would particularly like to work with someone who:
- Has proven experience managing Google Search Ads for lead-generation businesses
- Understands B2B search marketing
- Has strong knowledge of SEO and keyword strategy
- Is highly comfortable analysing Search Terms reports and campaign data
- Understands GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Can distinguish between traffic and genuine commercial intent
- Takes a data-driven approach to optimisation
- Can clearly explain what should be changed, why, and what impact it should have
Experience with corporate gifting, B2B services, e-commerce, HR-related products, employee engagement or similar industries would be an advantage.

Relevant keyword rankings
We care much more about business enquiries and revenue opportunities than clicks or impressions.
EngagementThis is a freelance / contract opportunity .
We are looking for someone who can initially conduct a detailed audit, implement improvements, and then continue managing and optimising our Google Search and SEO efforts.
