About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily restaurant, banquet, or outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service during all shifts2. Manage and guide staff by allocating duties, monitoring performance, providing training, and ensuring adherence to service standards
3. Ensure guest satisfaction by handling guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
4. Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with food safety regulations and company procedures
5. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with stores and purchasing teams, and minimize wastage
6. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed for all operational areas
7. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain a seamless customer experience
8. Prepare operational reports and maintain daily records as required
9. Support team motivation and maintain a positive work environment
10. Assist management in achieving service quality and operational targets
