The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable marketing automation solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver personalised customer experiences.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.- Develop and deploy responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS.- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.- Configure Automation Studio for scheduled automations, imports, exports, and campaign workflows.- Create and manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and audience segmentation using SQL.- Develop dynamic and personalised email content using AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.- Optimise campaign performance, email deliverability, and automation processes.- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support.- Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.- Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.Required Skills :- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.- Strong hands-on experience with :a.
