Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), KAIZEN, Measurement System Analysis and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) .9. Review documentation of inspection results across all areas. In appropriate functional areas, this refers to supporting inspection and test status requirements defined by regulations, engineering product specifications or Control Plans, PPAP approval or product warrant submission.10. Manage the plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and MIS.11. Manage Supplier PPM, supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators.12. Lead and co-ordinate quality audits from customers and interested parties13. Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management System (IATF16949/ISO9001) 14. Conducting Internal audits and MRM.15. Customer relationship management.16. COPQ & COQ monitoring.17. Handling of export customers & weekly meetings with them for resolution of quality issues, improvements and meeting their expectations. Functional knowledge required - Drawing reading and Inspection, CMM inspection, Soft Skills required- PC basic knowledge, Good Communication skills, Mails, MS Office, Oracle, GD & T, etc.
