Orion Innovation - Generative AI Lead - Azure

Project Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Lead to spearhead cutting-edge development projects in the field of Generative AI. This role involves leveraging advanced AI models, cloud technologies, and agile practices to deliver innovative solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and high-performing AI applications.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and langchain.- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.- Oversee full-stack development efforts with a focus on observability, system reliability, and scalable infrastructure.- Implement AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical and compliant deployment of AI technologies.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics.- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project workflows and deliver results efficiently.- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and incorporate innovations into project strategies.Required Skills and Experience :Mandatory : - Proficiency in Generative AI and frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and langchain.- Strong expertise in Python, Full Stack Development, and FastAPI.- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud solutions, including Azure DevOps, Azure API Management, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure PostgreSQL.- Experience with containers and deployment using Docker and Cloud Foundry.- Knowledge of observability tools and techniques to ensure reliable application performance.- Strong understanding of AI governance and ethical AI practices.- Minimum 8 years of experience in roles involving advanced AI and software development.Preferred : - Experience with additional cloud providers such as AWS.- Familiarity with frontend technologies like React.- Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.- Proficiency with tools like Git and GitHub Copilot.- Familiarity with advanced LLMs such as Claude.Key Skills :- Python, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Document Intelligence, LangChain/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, RAG, FastAPI, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB/PostGreSQL, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Git, AI Observability, Claude Code/GitHub Copilot based development.
