Alvarez & Marsal is hiring for the role of Summer Associate - Global Capability Center!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assisting in pitches and contributing to business development
• Understanding Private Equity (PE) business with focus on financial & accounting skills
• Performing primary and secondary research and preparing high-quality client reports and recommendations
• Interacting effectively with clients
• Supporting extensive financial modelling and analysis, including cash flow models and projections
• Performing financial and strategic analysis of targets during diligence or performance improvement processes
• Supporting private equity firms and portfolio companies in pre-acquisition and performance improvement activities
• Working across the private equity life cycle, including due diligence, carve-outs, merger integration, transformation, performance improvement, turnaround/restructuring and exit
• Gaining exposure to industries including Industrials, Automotive, Chemicals, Consumer Products, Retail, Hospitality, Leisure and Healthcare
