We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Emergency Doctor to join our dynamic team at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about emergency medicine and committed to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. Experience with rotational shifts is essential. The position requires at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
Job Description
This is a full-time Emergency Doctor position, focusing on delivering high-quality emergency services within a busy hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Providing prompt and effective medical care to patients presenting with various emergencies.
- Performing accurate diagnoses and developing appropriate treatment plans.
- Administering medications and performing necessary procedures.
- Collaborating with other medical professionals, including specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Working within rotational shifts to ensure consistent coverage of emergency services.
- Staying abreast of the latest advancements in emergency medicine.
Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- MD/MS (Emergency Medicine) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Valid medical license in India.
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in emergency medicine.
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations.
- Proficiency in medical procedures and emergency techniques.
- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs).
- Working knowledge of emergency department (ED) operations.
