About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise a team of tele callers.2. Monitor daily team performance and achieve sales targets.
3. Track calls, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
4. Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity.
5. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports in Excel.
6. Coordinate with the sales team and management.
7. Ensure proper follow-up with customers and leads.
8. Handle team-related issues and improve overall performance.
