FRESHER INTERIOR DESIGNER / ARCHITECT

At White Lotus Atelier, we create experiential spaces that go beyond aesthetics spaces that influence emotion, wellbeing, and the way people experience hospitality and lifestyle environments.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Fresher Interior Designer/Architect or 1-2 years of experience, who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute creatively within a fast-evolving design studio working across hospitality, luxury residences, cafs, restaurants, wellness, and experiential projects.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong design curiosity, a willingness to learn, good communication skills, & management skills and basic awareness of evolving AI tools within the design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the design team in concept development and moodboards

Preparing basic drawings, presentations, and layouts

Supporting material research and design documentation

Assisting in site visits, measurements, and coordination

Helping with presentations, styling references, and visual communication

Supporting project coordination with vendors and consultants

Learning and contributing to hospitality and experiential design projects

Assisting in social media/design content if required

Exploring and using basic AI tools relevant to architecture and interior design workflows

Software & Skills Preferred:

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD

SketchUp / 3D software knowledge preferred

Canva / Photoshop presentation skills

Basic understanding of design detailing and materials

Awareness of AI tools for design ideation, presentations, visualization, and workflow efficiency

Good communication and presentation skills
