Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee grievances, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

2. HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Oversee payroll coordination and manage attendance systems.
- Implement and manage performance review systems and appraisals.
- Training & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee performance.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new hires to align them with the company culture and values.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.

- Proficient in MS Office and HR Management Systems (HRMS).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
