Senior Network Engineer - Routing & Switching
URBAN INFOSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED
Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of data center networks using Cisco Nexus, EVPN, and VXLAN technologies.- Plan and execute network cutover and migration activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot OSPF and other routing components across data center environments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network architecture, deployment strategies, and infrastructure improvements.- Support InfiniBand network environments and troubleshoot complex connectivity and performance issues.- Drive network performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous optimization and best practices.Skillset :- Strong hands-on experience with VXLAN and EVPN for modern data center networking.- Proven expertise in data center network deployment, including implementation, integration, and migration activities.- Extensive experience working with Cisco Nexus switches and data center networking solutions.- Good working knowledge of Juniper Junos and Juniper network environments.- Strong understanding of OSPF routing and its implementation in enterprise/data center networks.- Hands-on exposure to InfiniBand networking and high-performance data center environments.- Experience in planning and executing network cutovers with appropriate validation and rollback procedures.- CCNP certification with strong knowledge of network design, troubleshooting, and implementation.
