What you can look forward to Senior Manager:
- We are seeking a Senior Manager with 15+ years of engineering experience and strong leadership capabilities to lead teams in the Division I, SW R&D(IA). The role requires a process-oriented leader with structured communication, solid SDLC knowledge, and the ability to motivate teams toward continuous improvement and innovation, while building strong collaboration with global counterparts
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Drive a structured, process-oriented way of working aligned with quality and delivery objectives
- Apply strong Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge across development, validation, and release phases
- Good Expertise on Transmission and Axles products
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with global and cross-functional counterparts
- Ensure clear, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Motivate engineers to identify, implement, and sustain continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient project delivery
Your profile as a Senior Manager:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- 12+ years of relevant engineering experience, including senior leadership or managerial roles
- Strong technical knowledge on Transmission and Axles products
- Solid understanding of SDLC and system development processes
- Proven people management, coaching, and leadership skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on execution and results
