Job Title : Reltio MDM DeveloperExperience : 5+ YearsEmployment Type : Full-TimeLocations : Bengaluru | Hyderabad | Pune | Chennai | GurugramJob Summary :We are looking for an experienced Reltio MDM Developer with 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and hands-on expertise with the Reltio platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise MDM solutions to ensure high-quality, governed master data across the organization. The role requires strong technical skills, data integration experience, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, configure, and implement Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio platform.- Configure Reltio data models, entities, relationships, survivorship rules, match and merge strategies, and workflows.- Develop and maintain Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) pipelines and data integration processes.- Integrate Reltio with enterprise applications using REST APIs, messaging, and ETL tools.- Design and implement data quality, validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data governance and master data requirements.- Perform data mapping, transformation, and migration activities.- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management.- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.Required Skills :- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Reltio MDM.- Strong expertise in Reltio MDM configuration and implementation.- Experience configuring :1. Roles and Permissions- Hands-on experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.- Experience integrating Reltio with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or data warehouses.- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.- Experience with ETL/integration tools such as Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar platforms.- Understanding of data quality, data stewardship, and data governance principles.- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is an advantage.- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.Preferred Skills :- Experience implementing Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360, or Location 360 solutions.- Knowledge of event-driven integrations and messaging platforms such as Kafka.- Experience with data migration and large-scale MDM implementations.- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.- Exposure to data cataloging and governance tools.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Soft Skills :- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Nice to Have :- Reltio MDM certification.- Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, Banking, or Manufacturing domains.- Exposure to data governance frameworks and master data strategy initiatives.
