We’re Hiring: HR & Placement Coordinator 📍 Location: Thane (2 mins from station) 🕒 Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 📅 6 Days Working Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers not eligible) We are looking for an energetic HR & Placement Coordinator with experience in IT hiring and strong coordination skills. This role involves a mix of recruitment, placement management, and training responsibilities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews) • Coordinate with companies for hiring needs & placement drives • Organize campus activities, seminars, and interview sessions • Manage onboarding, engagement, and HR operations • Conduct basic soft skills training (Interview/GD preparation) • Maintain HR records and support internship programs 🔹 Requirements: • Mumbai-based candidates only • Strong communication & coordination skills • MBA in HR (preferred)
