BOBCARD - Acquisition Product Manager/Senior Manager

Job Description :Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting) :- Own acquisition strategy: Lead and scale direct customer acquisition journeys on the BOBCARD app, focusing on funnel optimization and early lifecycle monetization.- Manage acquisition roadmap: Define and execute the roadmap for acquisition features (onboarding, KYC, activation), ensuring seamless UX and compliance.- Optimize funnel conversion: Improve conversion across acquisition stages (install register activate transact) by reducing drop-offs and enhancing onboarding journeys.- Drive early monetization: Integrate contextual cross-sell offers (EMI, insurance, limit enhancements, add-on cards) into acquisition journeys to maximize revenue impact.- Enhance engagement & retention: Implement lifecycle-based campaigns, personalized nudges, and feature adoption strategies to retain newly acquired cohorts.- Ensure compliance governance: Oversee adherence to RBI guidelines, fraud risk controls, and regulatory standards across acquisition features.- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with IT, Martech, Analytics, Risk, Ops, and vendors to deliver acquisition features within timelines and budgets.- Monitor acquisition KPIs: Track and report KPIs including CAC, funnel conversion %, 30/60/90-day retention, MAU growth from new cohorts, and feature adoption.- Lead agile squads: Manage agile squads focused on acquisition features, conduct sprint reviews, and prioritize backlog for rapid delivery of high-impact initiatives.Applicants should possess the following attributes :- Customer acquisition expertise: Strong knowledge of credit card acquisition funnels and lifecycle stages (install register activate transact).- Funnel conversion optimization: Hands-on experience in reducing drop-offs and improving conversion across acquisition stages.- Early lifecycle monetization: Deep understanding of in-app cross-sell mechanics (EMI, insurance, limit enhancements, add-on cards).- Engagement & retention: Proficiency in lifecycle campaign design, personalized nudges, and feature adoption strategies for new cohorts.- Digital Channels product management: Working knowledge of app development lifecycle, UX research, usability testing, and design thinking.- Regulatory adherence: Strong understanding of RBI guidelines and compliance requirements for acquisition journeys.- Data-driven decision making: Proficiency with analytics tools to track CAC, retention, funnel conversion, and translate insights into improvements.
