You will work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and business consultants to translate complex requirements into scalable, production-grade AI solutions. Your day-to-day will involve designing intelligent agents, optimizing LLM workflows, and ensuring that our AI architectures are robust, secure, and capable of driving measurable business outcomes for our enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities : - Architect and implement sophisticated Agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and LangChain to automate complex multi-step reasoning tasks for enterprise applications.- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines to ensure high-accuracy information retrieval and context-aware generation for large-scale datasets.- Design and maintain high-performance Python-based microservices using FastAPI to serve AI models and agentic workflows in production environments.- Engineer advanced prompt strategies to improve the reliability, safety, and performance of LLM-based applications across diverse use cases.- Integrate and manage VectorDB solutions to facilitate efficient semantic search and long-term memory capabilities for AI agents.- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value business problems and translate them into technical AI roadmaps that deliver tangible ROI.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the internal AI engineering practice by establishing best practices for model deployment and evaluation.Required Skillset : - Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade AI systems with 4 to 16 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.- Deep proficiency in Python and experience as a Python Architect, with a strong grasp of asynchronous programming and system design.- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, and various model orchestration tools.- Proven ability to work with deep learning libraries such as PyTorch or Tensorflow to fine-tune or deploy custom models when necessary.- Strong understanding of VectorDB technologies and their role in building scalable RAG architectures.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders.- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a distributed or hybrid environment across our Bangalore, Gurgaon, or other India locations.- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, combined with a continuous learning approach to the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
