About the job

We are looking for a proactive, well-connected, and highly organized Influencer Talent & Brand Partnership Manager to represent and grow my personal brand as a content creator and influencer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing paid brand collaborations, managing partnerships from start to finish, negotiating commercial deals, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns while helping build long-term relationships with brands and agencies.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and secure paid brand collaborations across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, home, travel, food, and other relevant categories.
2. Pitch my profile to brands, PR agencies, influencer marketing agencies, and media houses.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing teams, and agency contacts.
4. Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and payment schedules to maximize revenue.
5. Manage the complete booking process from inquiry to campaign completion.
6. Coordinate campaign timelines, contracts, briefs, approvals, and content delivery.
7. Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on payments.
8. Maintain a calendar of collaborations, shoots, events, and brand commitments.
9. Research market trends, competitor collaborations, and emerging partnership opportunities.
10. Suggest creative campaign ideas that align with my audience and personal brand.
11. Track campaign performance and prepare reports for brands when required.
12. Represent my interests professionally while maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

A. Required:

1. 1 + years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, brand partnerships, PR, or business development.

2. Strong network within influencer marketing agencies, PR firms, and brand marketing teams.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

4. Ability to independently generate leads and close partnerships.

5. Strong organizational and project management skills.

6. Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms.

7. Experience handling contracts, campaign briefs, and influencer deliverables.

8. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

B. Preferred:

1. Previous experience managing influencers or digital creators.

2. Existing relationships with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, luxury, and consumer brands.

3. Knowledge of influencer marketing trends and pricing.
