About the job
Key responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, including preschools, school owners, teachers, distributors, retailers, and parents.Generate leads and promote WONDRBOX educational toys, preschool learning kits, and birthday return gifts.
Follow up with leads received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website inquiries, and advertising campaigns.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and bulk-order options to potential customers.
Identify customer requirements and share relevant product catalogues, images, and quotations through WhatsApp.
Maintain a database of leads and update daily call records, follow-ups, and sales status.
Convert warm and hot leads into orders and coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
Follow up on pending quotations, unanswered inquiries, and repeat purchase opportunities.
Achieve daily calling targets, lead generation goals, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain professional communication and build long-term relationships with customers.
Skill(s) required
English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in WhatsApp.
Ability to persuade customers and handle objections confidently.
Good follow-up, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining lead records.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
