About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.2. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Runway, HeyGen) for designing posts, reels, and captions.
3. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for FinTech and EdTech projects.
4. Write clear, engaging captions and short finance-related posts.
5. Explore and build presence on emerging platforms like Threads, Reddit, and Quora.
6. Maintain a weekly content calendar and ensure timely uploads.
7. Track engagement metrics using tools like Metricool or Notion AI.
8. Coordinate influencer collaborations and optimize performance using analytics.
9. Design infographics, presentations, and teaser videos for campaigns.
10. Shoot and edit videos for YouTube and Instagram; appear on camera if needed.

1. Candidates from journalism or media backgrounds with strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to create in-person video content will be preferred.
2. Preference for individuals with prior internship experience, solid job skills, and a portfolio showcasing their previous work.
3. Seeking confident communicators comfortable with finance-related topics, proficient in Canva, AI tools (ChatGPT, HeyGen, Runway, Midjourney, etc.), and social media marketing, and willing to appear in on-camera videos.
4. Full-time graduates with a journalism or media background, prior social media marketing experience, and hands-on knowledge of camera handling and video content creation will be preferred for this multifaceted full-time role.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,500 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,70,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 30,000 /year
