Job Type: Permanent Responsibilities: Own and evolve the existing Design System Ensure consistency, scalability, and cross-team adoption while continuously improving components, patterns, and documentation. Create high- and low-fidelity prototypes Translate complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production‑ready designs. Apply strong systems thinking Design with an understanding of the broader product ecosystem, ensuring solutions scale and align with long-term strategy. Be technically grounded Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understand technical constraints, and design feasible,implementation‑aware solutions. Lead and facilitate user research Plan and conduct usability testing, analyze insights, and convert findings into actionable design improvements. Contribute to feature prioritization Provide design-driven input to roadmaps based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
