As a Back End Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of server-side logic, database management, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Your daily tasks will include implementing APIs, managing data storage solutions, collaborating with front-end developers, and integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic. What we are looking for Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Experience with Front-End Development and general Programming skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Familiarity with database management and meta frameworks (we only use Next.js) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with AI-powered tools and JAMstack is a plus Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability (caching, load balancing, monitoring) Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (Salesforce, CRM, analytics, marketing automation tools) Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
