Qualification:BBA or equivalent graduate degree; project coordination certification preferred
Job Location: Vadodara
Experience:3+ years, administration/operations/PMO coordination background
Skill:
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Strong organizational discipline
Job Responsibility:
- Maintain a consolidated tracker of action items, deadlines, and decisions arising from management meetings and CEO directives
- Follow up directly with department heads (COO, Mediyant/Service, Sales, HR) on pending items and escalate delays to the CEO promptly
- Prepare a concise weekly status summary for the CEO covering priorities, blockers, and completions
- Coordinate scheduling and preparation for management meetings; circulate agendas and track meeting outcomes
- Support cross-entity coordination (Medinnova, Mediyant, Century HLM, Century Perfusion, Indigo Systems) on shared initiatives, e.g. the government outreach and GeM approval workstream
- Flag priority conflicts or resourcing bottlenecks to the CEO before they cause delays.
- Maintain document hygiene for CEO-level tracking — status sheets, dashboards, meeting notes — kept current and accessible
