Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage prospective students through calls, emails, social media, referrals, and other outreach channels to drive enrollments.
2. Understand students' career aspirations and recommend the most suitable ShikshaVertex programs to meet their goals.
3. Generate, qualify, and convert leads into enrollments while consistently achieving revenue and growth targets.
4. Build and nurture strong relationships with students, colleges, universities, and strategic partners to maximize business opportunities.

Other requirements

1. Prior experience in EdTech, education counseling, telesales, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.

2. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

3. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
