Manager, I2S & AP Regulatory Reporting

This manager role leads a four-person Invoice to Settle operations team in Hyderabad, overseeing invoice processing, global payments, and statement reconciliation. The position combines daily team management with enterprise AP regulatory reporting responsibilities, particularly withholding tax and unclaimed property compliance, while collaborating with global function owners on process standards and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead four-person I2S operational team across invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation
- Manage local execution and team performance against global function standards
- Support enterprise AP regulatory reporting with focus on withholding tax compliance
- Coach team members and allocate capacity across three core operational towers
- Partner with global function owners on process standards and strategic priorities
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing operational teams of 3-5 people
- Knowledge of invoice-to-settle processes and accounts payable functions
- Familiarity with withholding tax and unclaimed property regulatory reporting
- Ability to work effectively in matrixed organizational structures
- Experience with global payments and statement reconciliation operations
