Job Description-

Urgent Hiring for Academic Coordinator

Position : Academic Coordinator

Experience : Minimum 23 Years

Qualification: Minimum Graduate; Postgraduates may also apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to the Honble Chancellor sir and Pro Chancellor sir regarding academic and administrative activities reported by the Deans.
• Coordinate and monitor various academic activities of the University.
• Schedule and coordinate regular meetings of university dignitaries with the Honble Chancellor sir.
• Maintain proper records and minutes of meetings conducted by the Honble Chancellor sir.
• Maintain and organize the official files and records of all Deans.
• Regularly check and monitor the official emails of the Honble Chancellor.
• Coordinate and communicate with the Chancellors Office, Deans, CRC, and Marcom Department.
• Prepare and submit a daily report to the Honble Chancellor sir.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Honble Chancellor Sir as required.
• Monitor and manage the Digital Notice Board , ensuring that relevant notices and information are updated on time.
• Ensure smooth coordination and timely communication among the concerned departments and offices.
