Senior Manager, IT Program Management

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Manager for IT Program Management to oversee a portfolio of 50+ Anaplan planning applications across Finance, Commercial, and Operations. The role involves orchestrating concurrent initiatives, leading end-to-end delivery, and coordinating a globally distributed team of developers and administrators.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate portfolio of concurrent Anaplan initiatives balancing priorities, dependencies, and resources
- Lead end-to-end delivery from intake through hypercare using hybrid methodologies
- Coordinate daily delivery activities for distributed developers and administrators across multiple regions
- Partner with enterprise data and business teams to align delivery with requirements and timelines
- Maintain delivery roadmap and release calendar; manage scope, schedule, and cost changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum eight years managing software delivery projects of increasing complexity
- PMP certification; or Green Belt, Black Belt, or Scrum Master
- Experience managing delivery with globally distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency with hybrid delivery models combining Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/stage-gate
- Demonstrated project budget and financial management experience
- Strong documentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
