Salary: Up to 8 LPA
Experience: 10+ years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory, including 3–5 years in a leadership/team management role.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head – Wealth Management to build and lead our Wealth Management vertical. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory, along with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead the Wealth Management division from the ground up.
Develop business strategy and manage the vertical as a P&L unit.
Recruit, mentor, and lead Relationship Managers/Wealth Advisors.
Drive revenue through NCDs, Subordinated Debt, Mutual Funds, Health Insurance, and Multi-Currency Cards.
Build and manage HNI/Affluent client relationships while driving AUM growth.
Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI regulations.
Collaborate with AMCs, insurers, and product partners to strengthen the product portfolio.

Eligibility

Strong expertise in Wealth Products, Financial Planning, and Portfolio Management.
Experience in Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Forex/Card Products.
Existing HNI client network will be an added advantage.
MBA in Finance or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
