Must have done multiple end-to-end, full life cycle implementations modules Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Support ServiceNow Application Users ServiceNow system support including Production and Sandbox environments Covers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation Reports and Dashboard Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow. Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.
