Lead ServiceNow Developer Location: Remote, India Employment Type: Fulltime Start Date: Immediate Experience: 10+ years Support Hours: IST daytime with a few hours overlapping PST until 12 PM PST (which is 3 pm IST to 12.30 am IST) Notice Period: 2 Weeks - 1 Month Must undergo background check verification References will be checked Key Skills: ServiceNow, Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Service Portals Job Description: Must have 10 years of experience in modules ServiceNow experience with Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Service Management (ITSM), Portal experience and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is nice to have. Must have done multiple end-to-end, full life cycle implementations modules Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Support ServiceNow Application Users ServiceNow system support including Production and Sandbox environments Covers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation Reports and Dashboard Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow. Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.
