Risk Analytics Lead - Data Risk Management

Role & Responsibilities :- Execute end-to-end risk analytics, including monitoring portfolio health, evaluating risk frameworks, and identifying drivers behind risk outcomes to optimize performance.- Perform complex data analysis using advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions) to uncover trends, anomalies, and root causes.- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports for tracking KPIs, risk metrics, and performance indicators.- Conduct deep dives into transaction risk, customer onboarding, underwriting performance, fraud trends, and rule monitoring.- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical solutions and present clear, data-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders.- Mentor junior team members and ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance standards.Tech Stack & Skills :- Advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions), query optimization for large transactional datasets.- Power BI (or similar BI tools) dashboard design, automated reporting.- Statistical / quantitative analysis (trend, anomaly, and root-cause analysis).- Data storytelling and stakeholder management.Qualification :- Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or Engineering).- 8+ years of experience in risk analytics.
