About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Inputing, updating and maintaining accurate data in internal systems and databases.2. Segregating, classifying and organising data received from Arin portals and internal sources.
3. Handling Excel based data modifications such as sorting, filtering, formatting, and applying basic formulas.
4. Preparing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
5. Performing advanced Excel operations including sorting, filtering, formatting, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
6. Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data always.
7. Conducting regular data verification and quality checks to prevent errors and duplication.
8. Coordinating with internal teams and managing follow-ups to ensure timely scheduling of meetings.
9. Actively posting and promoting job openings across LinkedIn and WhatsApp communities to attract potential candidates.

7. Graduate (B. Com or any degree)
