About the job

Key responsibilities:

1 .Handle inbound/outbound customer calls & up-sales.
2. Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate treatments/packages.
3. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
4. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments/sales.
5. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
6. Coordinate with clinic/operations teams for appointment scheduling and closures.

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken)
