Role Overview :We are looking for a MERN / MEAN Full Stack Developer to develop and maintain modern web applications. The candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend components and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN or MEAN stack- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces- Develop secure, scalable backend APIs and services- Work with databases to design efficient schemas and queries- Integrate third-party services and internal systems- Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code- Participate in code reviews and team discussions- Debug and resolve application issues across the stackRequired Skills & Experience :- 2+ years of hands-on experience in MERN or MEAN stack development- Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript- Proficiency in React.js or Angular- Experience with Node.js and Express.js- Hands-on experience with MongoDB (and/or other databases)- Strong understanding of REST APIs- Experience using Git for version controlGood to Have (Preferred Skills) :- Exposure to Next.js or modern frontend frameworks- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines- Exposure in Rust Framework and development using Tauri.app.Desired Characteristics :- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies- Team player with good communication skills- Ability to deliver quality work within defined timelinesQualifications :- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred) (ref:hirist.tech)
