We deploy voice, text, and workflow automation agents that help clinics handle front-office and back-office work more efficiently — from patient communication and scheduling to operational workflows that reduce staff burden and improve patient access. We work closely with healthcare operators and customers to bring AI into real-world practice environments where reliability, workflow fit, and user experience matter as much as raw model performance. The Role We are hiring a Product Engineer to help design and build AI-powered healthcare workflows that actually work in live practice settings. This is not a traditional PM role, and it is not a purely technical engineering role. We are looking for someone who sits in the middle: a person with a strong technical foundation who is equally obsessed with healthcare operations, workflow design, and product experience. Because AI can increasingly handle large parts of code generation, we believe the highest-leverage builders are those who deeply understand: how operational workflows really work, where users get confused or blocked, how to turn messy real-world problems into elegant product behavior, and how to move quickly with engineers to ship solutions. You should be comfortable going from customer pain point to product spec to prototype to shipped workflow.
