Telesales Executive

About the Company

Santure AI Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Telesales Executive in New Delhi. The role will support customer acquisition sales activities through professional, high-volume telephone engagement. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for candidates ranging from freshers to professionals with up to 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding products and services.
• Understand customer needs, explain relevant loan offerings, and communicate eligibility, documentation, and process information clearly.
• Generate qualified leads, follow up consistently, and work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate call records, customer details, follow-up schedules, and status updates in the designated system.
• Coordinate with verification, operations, and other internal teams to support smooth customer onboarding.
• Handle customer questions courteously and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, collections, or loan BPO operations may apply.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with making frequent customer calls and working toward measurable performance goals.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Professional attitude, resilience, willingness to learn, and dependable follow-through.
• The position is based in Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi, and offers a monthly salary of ₹20,000–25,000.
