You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations teams to analyze performance, design experiments, and influence product decisions.What You'll Do : - Perform deep-dive analysis on product features to identify opportunities for improvement.- Own and manage product dashboards and KPIs across user journeys.- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests with strong statistical rigor.- Track product releases and monitor post-launch performance.- Build and maintain dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau.- Work closely with Product Managers to support roadmap decisions.- Partner with cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, CX) to improve conversion, retention, NPS, and order frequency.- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.What We're Looking For : Must-Have : - 4+ years of experience in product, growth, or marketing analytics (B2C required).- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau/Power BI.- Hands-on experience with A/B testing end-to-end.- Strong analytical skills (funnels, cohorts, segmentation).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to take ownership and work independently.Good to Have : - Experience with product instrumentation and event tracking.- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, BigQuery, or Metabase.- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.Why Join YES MADAM? : - High-impact role with strong visibility.- Opportunity to work on a product used by millions across India.- Direct exposure to senior leadership.- Fast-paced environment with ownership and autonomy.Key Hiring Preference : - Candidates with 4+ years of relevant product/growth/marketing analytics experience, mandatory B2C exposure, strong SQL + Python + Tableau/Power BI skills, and hands-on end-to-end A/B testing experience will be prioritized.Salary : hidden (ref:hirist.tech)
