You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and key stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into robust, scalable automation solutions. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, reducing human error and accelerating turnaround times for critical enterprise processes.Key Responsibilities :- Architect and build end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate to optimize repetitive business tasks and improve process accuracy.- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint and external databases to ensure seamless data flow and centralized information management.- Develop and maintain custom connectors and RESTful API integrations to bridge gaps between legacy systems and modern cloud environments.- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and reporting within automated workflows.- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure high performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.- Collaborate with business analysts to document process workflows and provide technical guidance on automation feasibility and best practices.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated expertise in building complex RPA solutions using Power Automate and the broader Power Platform ecosystem.- Proven ability to manage SharePoint integrations and handle data operations using SQL, ensuring data integrity across automated processes.- Proficiency in consuming and configuring RESTful APIs to enable interoperability between disparate enterprise applications.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical specifications.- Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and self-discipline while managing multiple project timelines.- Possession of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in automation development.Mandatory Skills :- Microsoft Power Automate Desktop- Power Automate Cloud Flows- RPA development and automation- PL-500 - Microsoft Certified : Power Automate RPA Developer Associate- Microsoft 365 / SharePoint- Excel automation- REST/API integration- Basic SQL/database knowledge- Exception handling, debugging, logging, and monitoring- Understanding of RPA lifecycle and deploymentGood to Have :- Power Apps / Dataverse- Power BI- Azure services- AI Builder / OCR- Automation Center of Excellence (CoE)- Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or .NET- Experience with enterprise RPA governance and securityQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.- PL-500 certification is mandatory.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills (ref:hirist.tech)
